These terms govern your use of the Tik app and website provided by Tik Social Ltd ("Tik", "we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Tik Social Ltd is registered in Nigeria, with its address at 22 Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. You can reach us at our support team or +234 803 456 7890.

2. The service

Tik is a social app that lets members meet new people, chat and make video calls. Features include interest matching, private messages, video calls, local groups and safety tools.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract under Nigerian law.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

4. Community rules

• Do not harass, threaten or abuse other members.
• Do not post illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content.
• Do not impersonate other people or create fake profiles.
• Do not spam, advertise or scrape the service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.

We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Content you share

You keep ownership of the content you share. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content so we can operate the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.

6. Safety

Use the block and report tools if someone makes you uncomfortable. Do not share financial details, passwords or identity documents with other members. We moderate the community but cannot guarantee the behaviour of every member.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance or improvements.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.
